Rowan Oak is William Faulkner's house in Oxford. It's set up for visitors with all the old furniture, kitchen works, and books looking like someone is still living there. Mom and I had to walk from the far end of the visitor's parking area which wore her out pretty good. They let her grab a rocker, while I spent a little time walking around. I got a couple of shots of the main house, front and rear, and the staff house. As I got back inside the main house, I found mom sitting at the end of a hallway, enjoying her reading material provided by the staff. That lady does like to read. That pretty much takes care of our Oxford visit, so next on the agenda will be the visit to Elvis's house in Tupelo. Hang in there kiddies.
